DigDeeep
Delete Your Account & Data
Effective 27 August 2026
How to remove everything DigDeeep holds about you, on the phone and with our providers.
Delete from inside the app (Android)
- Open DigDeeep and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm.
This erases every session, daily total, personal best, lifetime total and profile detail on the phone, clears the stored sign-in, and signs you out. It cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (iPhone)
Revoke DigDeeep from Settings → your Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID, then delete the app. Deleting the app removes the local workout history with it.
Delete the data our providers hold
The only data held off your device is your sign-in identifier (an opaque Google or Apple account id) and your purchase status, kept by RevenueCat so your subscription works. To have that removed, email hkdavidr@icloud.com from the address associated with your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What deletion does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. Only the store can do that: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone. Cancel before deleting, or you will keep being billed.
- It does not reset your free trial. The trial start is anchored to your account server-side, so signing back in restores the original trial window rather than starting a new one.
- Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their own policies; we cannot delete those on your behalf.
